CalCISO joined with the National Council of Registered ISAOs (NCRI) to convene a national model legislation briefing on September 25th.
The briefing featured an update from NCRI as well as a summary of data breach legislation and comparative approaches in US states, provided by Stuart Gerson at Epstein Becker Green, and Policy Chair of NCRI.
