Stanford Study Shows Venture Contributions Across Economy

A new study by two Stanford University researchers measures the contributions to the U.S. economy of all venture-backed companies since 1979. In total, the scholars find that venture backed companies account for 38% of U.S. employment, and 82% of research & development spending in the United States.
